Ivaylo Iliev

Ivaylo Iliev has 12 years of experience in creating and implementation of soft skills development programs and organizational change and development programs. Over the past seven years he has participated as a consultant in numerous projects for soft skills development, team building, organizational change and development programs, strategic planning and etc.

As an external consultant, Ivylo has worked for more than 70 medium and large companies in Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, and the Netherlands.

Ivaylo holds a master degree in “Industrial and Organizational Psychology”. 2017 is his last year as PhD student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The main topic of his research is in the field of organizational adaptability and change.  He is a certified consultant of Human Synergistics, holding also certificates from Top Consult Center of Development (“Training for trainers for group-dynamics training”) and Charterred Institute on Personnel Development – UK (“Training Practice”).
